Ankle is still swolen?

I sprained my ankle at basketball camp around the end of July. I consent to it heal for 2 days, but then i go right back on it. Ive noticed its still swollen and solid movements hurt. Ive took a few days off and its still the same. I can run and stroll fine but why is it still swollen?

Answer:    Still have some fluid in in attendance. Best to elevate your leg and foot while resting, and if you must walk or run, use an ankle support. You didn't let it treat long enough, and you should have iced it for the first twenty fours hours. Start soaking your foot surrounded by hot water with Epsom Salt added to it, follow the directions on the pod. Rest it and keep it elevated, and take a 600 Mg Ibuprofen which will also give support to with the swelling and pain. Soak the foot within the Epsom Salt at least twice a day, and pinch it easy at first when you go put a bet on to running and jumping and walking. Wishing you the very best sir.
