Ankle Sprains ! The Immediate Cure !
Correct me if I am wrong but is it possible to cure a sprained ankle on the spot... (i'm not really sure if this was a sprained ankle)
I am asking this question because I go hiking a few days ago with so family and friends, and my 15 year antediluvian female cosin triped over something and fell to the ground. She was obivously surrounded by pain as she did not get up and be holding her ankle, when my uncle came all he did be observe it and then took both hand grabed her foot (one hand on heel and another on toe area) and gave a express twist and all of a sudden she be able to walk, run, and drop normally again.
What did my uncle do? If you know the answer plzzzzzzz tell me the steps he took surrounded by order to do this?
PS. Plzz dont say simply ask my uncle he lives pretty far away and even if i try to phone him he never picks up.
Answer: it sounds to me as though she dislocated something (a bone got stuck in the wrong spot); he manipulate her foot and whatever was bizarre slipped back to where it belongs.
i own experienced this myself with my own ankle in the ultimate few days, although i did not realize something was out of place until i happen to pop it back while trying to move it around, and the pain stopped. this is an ankle i hold repeatedly injured, so the ligaments don't always hold everything in place. i enjoy also dislocated a knee; the pain be excruciating until a trainer moved my leg in such a way that the knees cap slid right back to the top (where it belongs, damnit!)
dislocations are more adjectives among those who are highly flexible, and tall youngster women seem to be especially prone to problems with this stuff. the overdevelopment or hindrance of certain muscles surrounding a joint can stir up misalignment, and of course a blow or fall can do it as capably.
i would not recommend trying to fix a dislocation yourself, unless you have been specifically trained to do so and know what the heck you are doing, or you could engender matters much MUCH worse.
