Ankle niggle, what should i do to minister to it overnight?
the right side of my ankle/ leg hurts when i point my toe or point my toes to the left. it goes from my ankle to around my knee but a little lower. i play lacrosse for the highschool so something probably happen. I want to know:
1. what it could possibly be ex. pulled tendon, muscle, etc.
2. do i ice it or put bake on it? i have a game tomorrow at 5 pm

RICE is always the best place to start.
Please DO NOT wear a heating wad over night. You don't want to accidentally burn yourself. If the warmth seem like it helps, afterwards just wear extra socks to bed. If you have swelling, it help a lot to wear ice for 20-30 minutes, consequently 20-30 minutes of heat and do that two or three times.

Rest, this resources you should take a day stale school to keep contained by elevated at all times..
Ice, apply ice every 1-2 hours.. it will bring down your swelling (If your ankles very soon swollen still use ice)!!
Compression, if you prefer not to use ice then use a strong grill gel formula for sport injuries.. elmore oil, dencorub.. stuff like that.. it does burn especially dencorub but it soothes it!!
Elevate, similar to i said try and keep your ankle up all light of day even if it means missing out n ur fave activities.. the more you follow the RICE rule consequently the quicker your ankle will heal..
.. If you are worried about your ankle next you should see your doctor! Better safe then sorry!!
Also, remember play the hobby tomorow.. only if your ankle feels alot better.. otherwise you can do more mischief..!!

I get hit from the side yesterday playing 2 foot touch, in a minute the side of my fund hurts?
Put ice on it until that time bed then put heat from a heat pad on it while asleep and I would call a doctor tommorrow newly to make sure every thing is fine. Also I would detail your coach what happened and i would not play you can injure it more !What will begin if you dont devour or sleep for a few days?
Dont ice it if it hurts when you stretch your leg out after it is a pulled muscle you should put a heating pad on it rotten and on for 20 minute intervals. Alsp stretch before your game and after.I am so tired but I can't sleep. Does this appear to anyone?

mmm. put rime cold water in a container and put your leg in there... or of late try a cold compress and put it in an area that you deliberate hurts so much...ice it
