It is the best stuff ever. I am currently on week 6 and tomorrow will be a month in need a cigarette. I didn't completely quit after the first week like they say to try to but I go down to 2-3 a day. After the second week I quit completely and it really hasn't been severely hard. I cut the dosage in partly about a week ago and quit taking it 2 days ago and won't ever smoke again. I didn't experience any depression. Does make your stomach hurt for a while after you take it but just drink alot of dampen and it goes away. Will also give you really vivid dreams. I single had 1 bad dream but I guess it really messes near some people. I don't know what you call totally addicted but I smoked over a pack a day for 14 years and have tried the gum countless times and have never even quit for a whole day up to that time. I really haven't even changed my lifestyle at all, I still drink coffee every morning and go drink at bar and it hasn't been an issue.How long should I sleep in the past I work the hours of darkness shift?
