Answer:    that's pretty much all in that is to it. just don't mix up the left and right, and form sure they're not inside out, and change them whenever you're supposed to (daily, monthly, etc.).

dont fall for the scam. i leave my contacts in until they any 1. fall out or 2. start to itch, then i know they're dirty and involve changed.
your eyes naturally make tears, and that keep them clean. they want you to change them day by day so that they can sell more. its sad immediately what theyll do for money. seriously...i leave mine in for almost a month before changing them. ive done this for 2 years, and enjoy no problems at all.
