Any tips on how to wake up up precipitate surrounded by the morning?
I am simply fu*ked in the mornings. No matter how behind schedule or early I go to sleep, I am close to paralysed in mornings. Not literally, but it's SO hard.
I attain 8 hrs of sleep. Any suggestions? I listen to my alarm which is very loud n annoying, but i fall asleep again. Any thinking?
Answer: I leave the drapes in my room uncap, when I have to wake up hasty. That way the sun will wake me up, and big-hearted of energize me.

Place your alarm clock on a table far from your bed along with your hurricane lantern. Whenever the alarm goes off, turn your hurricane lantern on and hit snooze on your alarm and prop your pillow up in your bed. Just sit up in your bed for somewhat bit. Don't ever turn your alarm clock off- just keep hitting snooze- until you are fully awake. Maybe try drinking a cup of coffee surrounded by bed, too. You seem to be up early, very soon...but that's by my clock. I suggest putting your clock as far away from you as possible so you have to get out of bed.
I'm an rash riser, but my daughter can sleep til noon and still not wake up for work.
Maybe set up a few alarm clocks to shift off 1 minute apart. Then take a cold shower..
Hmm...adjectives I can think of, aside from the alarm, is just to walk to bed earlier. Maybe have a friend come over and throw a bucket of rime water on you or something?
