Any tips on staying alert and awake at work after a dark of almost no sleep?

I didn't feel so good concluding night and for some reason simply about only get 2 hours of sleep...any tips on how i can SAFELY keep myself awake and reasonably alert today? i'm desperate!!

Is this a nutritious style to sleep?

ohh yahh ive done that abundant times, dont even focus on sleep. Just act as if youve had adjectives the sleep in the world lol. Drink 7up, eat candies and start laughing lol it usually works but seriously sooner or then you will feel as if your high and forget more or less being tired. I dont kno why after getting no sleep, i get this constant energy coming from somewhere where i start doing more things and laughing at everything lol its crazy. Has that happen to you? You should try to avoid that as much as you can.
Def dont stay in hot conditions, try to keep the temp cool as possible, unambiguous the windows when driving, listen to music as much as you can and as loud as you can lol, stay alert by interacting with more ppl and deeds. Ppl would probably say drink coffee but i heard tea is fitting for that too. Avoid getting used to coffee on a daily basis. Hope i help a lil.

caffeine is a NO! you will crash and feel worse than up to that time...

honestly idk if you'll like this but i'd say pop 30mg's of adderall or so and you'll be alert and own energy all year.

if you cant/dont want to do that, try taking an herbal supplament of ginseng, it gives you stamina and energy while reducing anxiety. i use it day after day and it works wonders, you can get it at any pharmacy and most supermarkets.

Before noon you can drink coffee. If you drink it after twelve noon it may prevent you from getting a good night's sleep tonight.

I usually try to stay very busy. Do not, if you can relieve it, sit for an extended amount of time. I can't tell you during how many lectures I hold fought off sleep, by shifting my position in my stool.

If you must take a nap. Do it beforehand 3 p.m. and make it less than 30 minutes.
