2 weeks after surgery on my shoulder cuff.I am still having an unbelievable amount of discomfort and discomfort. I can't sleep more than a couple of hours. I have recovered about 30% of stock in movement. I have alot of soreness contained by the tricep region.(like after a hard workout) And specific pain philosophical under the incision probably in the shared. I have heard that the surgery is one of the most tender. I believe it. Depression taking hold.Any ideas?

Make sure that you're doing your physical therapy exercises, even though they hurt close to heck. If you don't then scar tissue can form and produce further discomfort and stiffness. After each pt exercise, ice it, rime it, ice it.

It is rather a long seizure process unfortunately. It can take up to 3 months merely to be able to perform simple tasks again. The affliction and discomfort should improve somewhat 3-4 weeks post surgery, hang contained by there! Talk to your doctor about efficient pain relief. You can't hold on to up with the necessary physical psychiatric help if it hurts too much.

Finally, try to remember that everyone is different and whilst one person may be back at work after a month, for some it can nick six.
