I have been experiencing this since I be a young child. Once the pains in my knees be so bad I couldn't even walk. Usually tylenol help the pain to subside. I have have x-rays of my legs done before and they never could find anything wrong. Now I'm grown up and I still have them. They're not cramps because I never be aware of any tensing of the muscles. This morning I woke up with the pain contained by my groin and knee area and immediately it seems to have shifted to my shin as strange as that sounds. I own been told numerous things from not enough calcium (which I drink milk adjectives the time so idk about that), not enough blood to my legs (I do hold a heart valve defect), growing pains (ha ha i'm in my 30's so I doubt it). Anyways I be just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Sorry for lacking coherence on.

I understand. I may have have the same thing for a long time.

Through experimenting and watching what I ate, I hold found that sugar, starch and sweeteners with Aspartame had profoundly to do with it. Since then I enjoy knocked out all of thee above and enjoy lessened the pain by at least eighty percent.

I am not pretending I know if what you hold is the same thing I face, but it might be worth a try.

Have you seen a doctor and have your uric bitter checked? Usually high uric acid within the blood causes that pain. Arthritis also enjoy that symptoms. Not only the elderly have this problem but even younger personage. I doubt UTI ( urinary tract infection) but have it also checked.
