Anyone know the easiest way to stop smoking?



Answer:    Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes.

Once you deal with the psychological side of smoking it makes the quitting process easy, no matter your level of addiction.

Quitting smoking does not require any patches, gums, hypnosis or anything like that. These methods are expensive, time consuming and simply do not work. All that is required is a bit of motivation, self belief and determination.

I had a hard time trying until I tried self hypnosis. By far I found it easiest as I just lost interest eventually. I don't know when it happened but I began to see more of the negative points of smoking and hoe I've totally stopped smoking.

There's no cold turkey or hardship. It just happened over time..
there's supposed to be this special type of gum that you chew on like any other piece of gum when you have the urge to smoke... stop buying cigarettes. .
I stopped 7 years ago using nicotine patches ..it worked great for me . Gum, patches, or both will do it quicker..
