Are Pharmacists considered Doctors?

No, why? They have different training and different jobs. Pharmacists are specialists within pharmaceuticals, and can give excellent advice on medication and the treatment of minor illnesses. Doctors diagnose more serious illness and are able to write prescriptions for perscription-only medication, and refer patients to a specialist if necessary.
Their jobs are pretty different, though some of their knowledge overlaps.

They have doctorates but the residence doctor isn't often used when referring to pharmacists. Eventhough somebody with a PhD, MD, or DDS is call doctor, someone with a PharmD is not.
So, techinically they are "doctors", just not referred to as such by the standard public.

No definately not. They have a great knowledge plinth for medications symptoms and medications however the training they receive is not nearly as extensive as a doctor.
