Are there any known lawsuits for ilioinguinal neuralgia

Answer:    First of all, I want to say I'm sorry about your problem/issue. I had an ilioinguinal nerve impingement 9 years ago and am still dealing with it. I had surgery last year to "correct" it but only ended up making it worse. I feel for you.
Now, as far as I know there are no class-action lawsuits...if that is what you are looking for. As far as I know you can sue your surgeon. I would be careful and look into it very closely first. You should be able to contact a lawyer and have a free one-time consultation. Many attorneys allow this. Chances are that your surgeon did nothing wrong and that it was just an unfortunate occurrence. Ilioinguinal nerve entrapment happens more often than we would like to think it does.

I would very interested to hear from you further on this issue. I have been trying to talk to people with this problem so that I can compare symptoms and solutions. Please email me at mark(a)cloverfire.com and let me know about your experience. Thank you!
