They are both opioids. Vicodin is hydrocodone. Vicodin produces more of a stimulant effect than oxy...they will show up separately in a UA, depending on the disposition of the screen.

If you are taking them with paracetamol, that will also show up.
Because they are both reasonably obtainable drugs for pain headship, you should be okay provided the levels are commensurate with middle-of-the-road dosage for pain management.
