Are within any ways to sleep better?

Umm this is a list i have already developed already and the things on the list are things I will not do I inevitability more alternatives! please do not give me something on the list that i have already!

Excercise until that time sleep
Sleep pills
Pills of any kind
hyptnotism
Sleep at a later time
Drink milk
listen to music

Please help!

Answers:    Stick to a regular bedtime agenda. Try to get out of bed at the same time each morning, even if it's a weekend or holiday.

Avoid napping during the year.

Avoid stressful activities and vigorous exercise for two hours before going to bed. Do exercise regularly, but before in the day.

Before going to bed, try relaxation techniques, such as low breathing, yoga, or meditation.

Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. Use earplugs or eye shades if needed.

Leave the bedroom if you can't sleep. Go into another room and read, or do something relaxing and quiet.

Avoid substances that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, or diet pills.

Avoid alcohol and nicotine since bed.

Stretch before going to sleep

I'd be wary of pills if I be you. Here's my list:
-Sleep at the same time every night, and rouse up at the same time every morning.
- Meditate before sleeping.
- Do not watch TV or mess around on the computer. Stop at lowest possible 30 to 45 minutes before heading to bed. Read a book instead, one that's not very exciting (personal advice: Stephen King is a impossible choice. I love King, just not before bed).
- Try not to eat/drink too much before bed. And brand name sure you don't go to bed without eating anything, you'll merely wake up in the middle of the night beside a bad case of the munchies.

you can, since you didn't mention something you can put away, eat turkey. You will be surprised how much closing ALL lights would help. You can use those eye masks. I recommend the aromatherapy dash at bath and body works. They have one for relaxation, for clearing of the mind, for sleeping and for so much more. I have the one for headache and it really does work for me. hope my advice helps (=
