ARRRG!! Accident prone! (as my sister puts it...)!?
O.k. so in track practice this morning I stepped on the wall... Like my foot went flat on the wall and my ankle pushed down and popped because we be sprinting back and fourth (The workout was sprint down the gym and wager on for 30 seconds and walk 1:30. We sprinted approaching 15 times... i think) So I was going to the wall so I could stop easier, and on about the third sprint is when I did it. I told my track coach and he didn't say-so anything, so I just decided to grasp over it and push myself more (that is what makes you better... right?!? well to be exact my thing.. push it no matter what.)
Anyway, after track I get ice. Then the rest of the day I didn't do much in the region of it (all i really had to do was sit and way of walking between classes). Now it is really stiff and slightly tinted purple..
My plan is to just get it tape during practice and ice it at home... nothing really far-reaching because I don't want people thinking "oh she's just faking" because greatly of people in track imitation injuries to get out of th
Answer: just show the coach the bruise u enjoy .then keep it up and try to put feathery pressure on it.*
for your own good i think you should see a doctor,
and if you don't something really impossible could happen to your leg
then you cant ever run
be in motion see a doctor. they fake injuries... you arent faking it.
