Do you own any suggestion for Stress Related Health Problems?
For the next 3 months I'll own to work around the clock and there's no way to move about around it. Because I started to sleep a bit less and are contained by a big tension almost each day I started to feeling nauseated like mad of the times! Do you have any suggestion to attenuate these ambience of nausea and get a more fair 3 months and don't get exhausted within a near adjectives?
I was thinking that if a have some balanced affluent diet or some gym classes would that help me out the subsequent 3 months?
I need suggestions from someone who know more about this.
