"Years of pain,surgerys,dr.bills,me... several other bad things because of sooner work injury.

I just not long found this out when I finally found a dr. who did a MRI and discovered the problem. The same job seem to want me gone because of this. I have never have a vacation surrounded by all these years because I hold to use it all for surgerys and Dr. appointments. It is individual Feb.and my vacation time is gone and I'm treated vastly poorly, to the point of tears more often than not, at work. And I've never even file workmans comp. because I have be afraid to make them more batty at me. My boss even told me once how even if someone just cuts their finger it screw up his bottom line. When the ingenious incident happened,I did dance to their clinic and filed but they tried to discuss me out of it and were markedly angry. That's why I don't know what to do now cause I can hardly work but I'm afraid of getting fired. I need advocate please, a back up plan or something, I am a single mother if I can't work I'm destitute. My daughter want's to be in motion to college and my son has M.S. Is it to tardy for workmans comp?

Is it to belated? It really depends on what you put down on paper at the form clinic. They usually ask if it is a work related illness/injury. If you stated no, then you own an uphill battle and the probability are against you.

I went through this years aga and be only on the opportunity 3 weeks when I hurt my back. I made the mistake of writing down it be not work related because I thought it was simply a pulled muscle and I was purely going to use my medical insurance. Turned out I needed surgery.

Long story short, Worker's Comp. some what awarded me but upon appeal my employer won about partly of the some what award away from me.

Companies no longer care in the order of it's employees!

I think it is too unpaid,depends on your state. your boss sounds like a jolt. I would call your workers comp commission. Since near is a record of you hurting it at work you might know how to get something done. From presently on remember to worry in the order of your bottom line formerly you worry roughly anyone Else's, especially when it has to do beside your health.
