Still problems after an ganglion cyst removed a month ago on the wrist?

The cyst was removed a month ago, and still own a lump and still painful. It's resembling it was never even removed. Could it be possible that the mark tissue is similar to the ganglion? has this happen to anyone?

you didn't mention whether if it was surgically removed or aspirated next to a needle. if it be drained/aspirated with a syringe, it has in the order of a 50% chance of frequent because ganglions are sac filled beside gelatinous fluid, so after the a while the sacs reseals and fluid reaccumulates. if it be surgically removed, then the surgeon may not enjoy removed it at the base of the stalk (sac have a stalk that arises from between 2 bones) and thus, can recur.
