You can purchase a foam "donut" pillow at many healthcare stores for give or take a few 10-15 dollars. Sit on the pillow with your coccyx (tailbone) within the "hole" of the donut. This will allow for the pressure to be taken off of that nouns while seated. If you aren't sitting on the painful nouns and irritating it further throughout the day, it may generate moving around once you're ready to take up easier.
Ankle Surgery- Cartilage damage?
try to relax within a sauna or in a pool that give the impression of being to work for meGo pick up a donut pillow or better nonetheless one of those pillow type of things that they put baby's in to help them swot to sit up. Put the open winding up under your tailbone. I have a cyst removed from my tailbone and that was awesome for that because your tailbone is not touching anything.
How do you function on three to four hours of sleep?!?
Honey, you are going to own to give your poor body a break every 2 hrs. or so, since more than your tailbone gives your problems. Get up, put your foot around for 5 minutes. Have a glass of hose down or juice; catch a breath of fresh air afterwards get wager on to work. I know you said you can't afford special chair; but, hey, if you're contained by that much pain, you should invest in ANYTHING to relieve it! Get yourself an inexpensive "donut" ( a blow-up or foam) to sit on to relieve the pressure and lug anti-inflammatories like OTC aspirin or ibuprophen (with food please). Sitting for extended period of time will also cause varicose vein or at worse blood clots in your legs. Perhaps wearing support hose would relief compress the veins and hang on to your blood circulating properly. Take it easy on yourself at home beside hot bath soaks and lots of rest. Simple things can bring a large amount of relief. Godloveya!I'd see a chiropractor and massage psychoanalyst
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may relief (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas day by day - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at most minuscule 1/2 gallons of water per morning. Running a body low on water is similar to running a car low on grease is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband something like 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your support, neck shoulders and come first have tender spots. They are knot in the fibers of the muscles call trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which make them press on nerves and other things causing the aching.
The cure - start with a professional press, you will also want to go support over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per hours of daylight rubbing (or lightly scratch on your head) every where to be exact tender until the knots turn away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up below the edge of the skull (to attain to those muscles).
