Repetitive back aching?
I am middle aged male who have sufered from back problems for some years immediately. each time my rear 'goes' i am in distress and discomfort for months and live my life trying to avoid it scheduled again.
what can i do to strengthen my back, muscles to support resolve or improve my part of life pls?

You can do an assortment of moves, all the while keeping your be a foil for so your stomach is engaged. The stronger your stomach muscles, the more supported your rear legs will be. The best advice that I received from my father on this subject be to always hold on to my back thaw, and don't exert my back when the muscles be cold. For a number of years I wore a vest beneath my shirt and sometimes a long sweater in the winter, indoors and out. So far I hold reached my sixties and don't suffer any more.Have you ever sprained or both your ankle?
