How do you produce pain travel away from your legs after running so much?
i have track practice every sunshine from 3:30 - 5:30. and lately my legs have be hurting really bad and the agony hasn't gone away yet. my legs usally hurt for in the region of 2-3 days and its been a week that i own this pain. what do i do for my legs dont hurt no more?

A heating wad will help loosen the muscles, and if you do stretches after that (I'm sure you know some) it should lend a hand loosen your muscles.
Take a hot bath beside Epson salts contained by it. It works wonders.
