Why does my foot hurt?
I woke up today this morning and my right foot is in pain. I feel it once i woke up. It feels approaching a bruise and it looks a little bit lumpy on the side. When i hoof it it really hurts so I have to drag it. and I try to move my big toe but i cant because it in recent times hurts. and when i press on it, it hurts too. i don't know how i got, perchance i hit my foot on the wall when i was sleeping or moving around but, I don't know if i did? but adjectives i know is, it really hurts and it's like a painful feeling. exactly feel like a bruise but it does look rather purple but not that much. it isn't noticeable. but still, it looks lumpy. I can't move my foot that much. What should I do? =(

Does it only hurt on the side or does it hurt on the bottom too? It might be something call plantar fascia and you can do stretches and wear shoe inserts to help it. Doc can present good suggestions. you must have hit your foot on something sturdy. your joints perchance dislocated that's why it hurts. don't wear shoes , for it will get worse. wear slippers. squeeze your foot if you can tolerate the pain. apply thaw out compress on the area. this may alleviate for a couple of weeks on it's own.When you have a broken bone..Does it hurt when its recuperative?
