What are the symptoms and first aid treatment for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level burns?

Answer:

Is acetone or other chemicals bad for your if you own a cut?

Hi there,
Generally, the following signs and symptoms apply:

1st Degree (Superficial Burn): The skin across the world appears red and sore to touch. It only damages the outer-layer of skin and doesn't require hospital treatment

2nd Degree (Partial-Thickness): This begin to damage deeper into the skin, and blistering may ensue. The skin remains red, sore and there may be oozing of fluids. This type of burn should shift to hospital if it covers 1% or more of the body.

3rd Degree (Full-Thickness): This is the deepest type of burns, and may extend so far into the skin layers that it damages brashness (patients with 3rd point often can't touch the burn). The area will be swollen, red, charred and may be hurting. There will be obvious extensive wreckage. All 3rd Degrees should go to hospital.

The treatment is impossible to tell apart throughout; the burn should be cooled under cold running wet for a minimum of 10 minutes, and once the burn is cool, it should be covered with an appropiate; non-fluffy dressing (cling picture is considered to be the best!)
