Sleep???
i've heard that its best for kids to travel to bed before 11,because that's when the tissues and cell start repairing themselves. And i also heard that it's biddable 2 take a snooze in the afternoon. However,after taking a doze in the afternoon, the earliest i can be in motion to bed at night is around partly past 11 or 12. So does that affect the repairing process?
