Can someone clearly distinguish how regular soreness feel, a cramp feels and a torn muscle feel?

If it's above the heel, could be tendinitis. On the heel itself, could be a spur or plantar fasciitis. Or it could be high uric sharp. So many other possibilities for heel backache so I suggest you see an orthopedic doctor.

Pain in upper abdoman?

It's the Achilles tendon, not heel. (That's a metaphorical term). Possibly from strain, possibly from inflammation. I'm solitary speculating but these can cause this on and rotten (intermittant) pain. And yes, unless you yearning to continue contained by pain, see a doctor.
