my basketball tryouts are tomoro and i was only practicing and now i notice my legs are a bit sore. how should i treat them so that they are ready for a strenuous 3 daylight tryout? (they're tues. to thurs.) any recommendations to what i should do to fashion them better the whooole week? thanks.
