1. What would/will happen if anyone hits the backbone outstandingly hard? Could it stunt growth? Would you grow in general?
2. Where are all of the growth plates located within the body and where are they located within the backbone?If they hit you hard surrounded by the growth plate, could it stunt growth?

I come up with what you are asking is if you get hit not easy in the spine will it stunt yor growth. Correct? Answer simply is: not credible, but could happen contained by rare cases. If you severe the cord or severely mess up a nerve root, sure, you could become a parapalegic and not "grow" contained by your lower half. Growth plates are found surrounded by every bone in your body, and getting hit firm in the bone won't necessarily hurt your growth plate, but may sprain the bone. The long and short is, I don't think you hold too much to worry around.
the backbone? do you mean the tail bone? your pituitary gland controls growth.
