I think its be a year maybe smaller quantity but I can't fall asleep. I lay in that fo like 2 or 3 hourse wide open awake and I just can't plunge alseep till like midnight 1 am which make me tired seeing as how my day starts at 5:15 am. What could this be what should I do. Could this be a trigger for sleep paralyisis. Just oblige me please i beg of you.

I'm sorry that you're having a tough time sleeping! I know how frustrating it can be to be tired adjectives day long, and later get to your cozy bed--and not be capable of fall asleep!
Have you tried listen to soft music, like sounds of the the deep? That can sometimes help.
Sometimes I'll "trick" my body into falling asleep by creating "dreams" while I'm still awake. I'll focus about anyone in a hot nouns balloon, drifting up and away. I don't put any pressure on myself to falli asleep, I just use descriptions.
Other times, I try a hot cup of milk with honey.
An hour past bed I try to relax and calm my mind. It might nouns a little inconsiderate, but I make that "me" time. Even though I may not be stressed at the moment, I generate this time special for me, and I'll listen to music or read, or type general-health-care.com!
If all else fail, see if a doctor can prescribe something such as Ambien CR or Lunesta. I had to quit the Ambien because it made me sleep stride too much. Lunesta works wonders for me though. I have have terriffic luck.
Natural medicines such as Melatonin and Valarien did not work for me, but they do work for others.
Sometimes taking a hot shower or hip bath can be relaxing.
Try not to think going on for what stresses you out, if it is possible. Tell yourself that it's not going to get solved or fixed tonight, and there's no use thinking something like it anymore (till tomorrow).
I would also suggest that you try other ways of combating your stress, if it is possible. Keep a journal, walk for a walk, pick up a clean hobby, or talk to someone. I hold found these useful.

Oh, one more piece...if nothing works, I would consider seeing a doctor if you haven't already...sometimes insomnia is a symptom of a more serious medical condition.

Need a lil more info, similar to do you think just about alot of stuff while your just lay there? If so your brain won't shut rotten so try having a notepad by your bed next to a pen and write everything down that you can't get out of your mind.If that doesn't work... You could own a sleeping disorder. :(I have a horrible niggle in my thumb?
A benzodiazipine call temazepam, restoril this will help, want drs prescript, potentially habbit forming good luck it works close to a charm.Please do not get into the quirk of take some pills. Go to a doc he can furnish u the best advice. Please do try taking a cup of milk before u sleep and avoid coffee/tea 3hrs past u sleep. Also avoid watching television an hr earlier u sleep and can have some night light music. Hope this helps.

I know this will nouns crazy. If you are in bed and can not travel back to sleep and its be more than 20mins. Get out of bed. Go do something, read a book, write whatever may be on your mind, drink sleepy time herbal tea, examine TV until you feel sleepy again. Just attain out of bed. To help beside your adjustment back to sleep, try not to do anything but sleep and hold sex in your bed. Now on to sleep paralysis unluckily this could lead to some sort of sleep paralysis. But you are at like risk as some one that does shift work. Sleep paralysis is alot more prominent in Narcoleptic then any other sleep disorder.
