My unbroken body goes sore - is this common?

Once a year, my whole body go completely sore for a few days, usually three or four. It started when I was surrounded by 4th grade, beside my legs, and I'm no in 8th. When my body go sore, it just my muscles. Not sore similar to a sore throat from strep, but sore like, you arranged to lift 100 pound weights on respectively hand and the ost you've ever lift before be two pounds. It's so sore that I can't even turn my head for a moment without impression pain. I of late have to not tell the truth in bed adjectives the time, and I wind up going through the week missing a few days of university. What's wrong with me? My mom and sister say aloud it's probably just growing pains, but I doubt it since everybody my age and rather older enjoy told me that that's really weird.
