Neck discomfort suggestions?
I woke up with a stiff collar pain this morning, I can't move it to the right side. and when I try to im jolt with a stiff strain. I did work my neck out a bit yesterday, but zilch to serious.
I took 2 tylenol.
Any suggestions?

I would try taking Advil, as you may have some inflammation that Tylenol cannot comfort. Since you have already taken Tylenol, I would linger a few hours before taking the Advil.When you lug the Advil, wait in the region of 20 to 30 minutes and then whip a hot shower allowing the water to hit the sore spot contained by your neck.
There are several warmth patches out on the marketplace today that you can place on your neck to maintain constant heat to soothe the muscles.
Some culture feel more nouns with cold pack, I find that cold makes the affliction worse and heat brings comfort.
If it isn't better inside a week, I would go see the doc for some muscle relaxers or a stronger anguish killer.

A hot-pack of some sort, such as a towel soaked with hot river and rolled up. I would suggest a gentle work, but sometimes that makes the nouns muscles twinge even harder. Or maybe you could try a sports cream rubbed in- humanely.Good luck!

When I be going to physical therapy they put rime cold packs from the freezer on my collar... for about 15 minutes afterwards heat...it help mealso they taught me to sit straight later to stretch your neck steal the right arm over the top of your head and your appendage will be near your ear....benignly pull your boss to the right and hold repeat the other side.also put the palm of your hand against your forehead humanely push back and hold a few second as well as on the spinal column of the head and push forward kind-heartedly and hold.....stay sitting straight.....it stretches the muscles
