As a healthcare pro. ,how do you tend Christian Science patients?
I know that they dont want any medical treatment, but what would be the best way to provide concern for them if they come to your hospital (for e.g, in casing of fractured bone- they allow physical healing similar to that, but not medical)?
e.g. you can ask them how they want to be treated...
stuffs like that! But I'd close to more suggestions though for me research!
Thank you,

Why do my finger tips always quality numb whenever I've been drunk the hours of darkness before?
I am sure that contained by my 30+ yrs in the medical profession within have be Christian Science people as patients but if they be,they didn't let anyone know it.
I hold seen Mormons contained by the hospital and we abide by their religious belief of not giving blood to them. . . . One lady have a surgeon refuse to do the spleen surgery she needed because she refuse to take blood products. . . .one of our lower qualified surgeons did end up doing the surgery but have things gone bad,she would enjoy died and the surgeon who was first consulted on the surgery and refuse to do it knew this and would not put the long-suffering nor himself at risk.
I think alot of Christian Science patients ignore their beliefs when they are sooo sick that they are in distress whether it is a broken bone, appendicitis, cancer etc.
On the other hand contained by the past I hold seen National word segments on courts that hold taken children away from parents who refuse to want medical attention due to their religious beliefs. . .a very fine queue and a very touchy subject.
What is your run on picking up the food that fell on the floor?
THE PEOPLE I SEE DON'T LET THEIR BELIEFS BE A FACTOR IN HOW I CHOOSE TO HELP THEM.You have no choice but to contribute all treatment modalities and request which method they would prefer. If this method is not just the thing, have them sign AMA, and treat to the best of your ability within their parameter. Always make sure to say aloud that if they change their mind, you would be more than inclined to help them contained by any way they would similar to (barring illegal/unethical matters, of course)
Why does her pancreas hurts after running?
It really is up to the tolerant and what their religious beliefs are. A doc can only provide so much contained by the way of medical treatment and afterwards it's up to the patient & "God".If the doctor ignore the patient and treats them short their consent, the doctor can be sued.
I have come across plenty of patients that prohibit medical treatment due to their religious background. I know of one patient that desperately needed a blood transfusion and her mother would'nt allow it becasue they be Jehovah Witness. The patient finished up passing away. The mother said it be "gods" plan.
It's sad to have visions like this ensue. When does it cross the line to verbal abuse? Or even manslaughter? If the patient desires help and medical perfectionism, I think they should receive it, despite the religion. Know what I suggest?
What over the counter pain reliever is protected to take for someone beside high blood pressure?
Well as a strength care pro. your right. You can ask how they want to be tx., and another approach to look at it is: You have the Drs. Rx. to follow, if they deny, you document it and inform the Dr. You keep the pt. as comfortable as possible, be empathetic next to the family, conversation with them, explaining what the Dr. requirements done and why. If they still refuse, there's really nil more you can do.
