Back Pain at the age of 22 strange?
My sister recently told me that she's have lower back problems. Today she sneezed and it sent an acute spasm to her lower back. It disappeared her not being competent to stand up for a while. She told me that it's been particularly frequent. She doesn't perform any immense lifting what so ever. I'm not sure how to advise her except to turn the clinic and have it check. Any support from a concerned sister?
Answer:
Back spasm is a very adjectives cause for culture, at any age. The most common is turning the wrong course and causeing ligaments or muscles to stiffen up. IF she has have it for some time, my suggestions would be to see your local GP first to get an Xray done. It could also be the sciatic cheek pinching causing the acute stomach-ache as well. She would probably obligation to rest and not to much strenuous activity and if th torment is relly unbearable after it needs to be checked out ASAP. I suffer from lower backbone pain pretty frequently and sometime I cant move and is worse in bed. But I hold had 3 children, also an antiquated back injury falling of my horse and a slight curve to the right of my spine. I am aslo over substance as well. My GP said lose weightiness, exercise( meaning walking more), and view what I carry and raise. Anyway hopefully she will get better indisputable soon.
yeah walk to a doctor
Even at age 22, she could hold a pinched nerve or even scoliosis. I would own her see her primary doctor and ask him to do a spinal film. That would show anything from arthritis to scoliosis. If that's not the problem, she simply could enjoy just pulled a muscle from sleeping wrong, etc.

What can i do about feelin so under the weather?
Well it certainly not unusual, when I was 16 I sit on a chair that collapsed and land hard. So it hurt for a morning and then I continued resembling nothing be run. Then I had severe pains in the lower rear legs and needed to go and see an osteopath. Back trauma can take place with an injury that one can confidently overlook with symptoms coming in up to a year then. However, if left it can singular just capture worse, best to see a chyropractor, or an osteopath for a few sessions, should be able to sort out any problems inwardly a few weeks and provide some stretches to do to loosen it.There are a number of things that could be going on in her wager on since it has be off and on for awhile.
The first point she needs to do is be in motion see her PCP and have them run xrays and possibly an MRI previously she attempts to do anything on her own. These tests will allow the doctor to amount out what is wrong and how to fix it. Then from there the process of trying to fix it begin.
Please don't encourage her to newly stretch it out and ignore it.
Good luck and I hope she is misery free soon.
