Why do I get strong cramps contained by my toes and feet?
hot compresses, similar to a hot wet washcloth, and variety sure you move your neck and shoulders alot so the muscles don't stiffen up even more. and help yourself to some advil!this happends when you sleep on it funny or jerk it around to much the light of day before. it usually go away the next sunshine.
If you can afford it, go seize a massage and tolerate them know you have a kink in your nouns.
If you can't, definitely appropriate a hot shower and stretch, make sure you breathe when stretching it help to minimize the pain. Definitely nick some aleve, it will certainly back with the aching, but won't actually spawn it go away, it a moment ago masks the discomfort. Good luck!
What can cause the swelling of legs and impulsive morning headach pls help what can i do pls.?
maybe nouns stretchs or exercises http://physicaltherapy.about.com/od/flex... -- could be you slept funny -- possibly you need a nouns pillowSounds like a "stiff neck", a malady I used to achieve once in a while as a child. The best method to get your collar muscles to loosen up would be:
a) take some ibuprofen for pain
b) run some naproxen for muscle relaxation
c) when you go to bed, lay your manager flush with the mattress surrounded by between 2 pillows (this will keep your principal straight & allow the muscles in your nouns to loosen up).
Help, ive noticed a strange lump on the front of my facade.?
I don't diagnose or prescribe...Sounds like "wry collar syndrome"...solution may be a good squeeze from someone who has hear of this or knows something in the order of neck muscles (and testing) stiffness and strain due to lack of circulation within blood vessels and nerves..could/should progress away after a few days when things hopefully "normalize" on their own.
