I am knackered but can't sleep any - what do I do?
Just started a new profession after a horrendous few years teaching and I love it. Trouble is it's tiring but I can't sleep any. Not had a upright eight hours since I started. I'm lucky to have five a darkness now. Got a bit of a partiality for one of boys I work with which I'm sure is not helping. Any tips? I wouldn't read aloud it's insomnia but it's not normal sleep.

I enjoy not slept well for years. Drugs work until my body become accustomed to them. Two things which help are not watching disorderly or harrowing TV programmes after 9 PM and a mug of cocoa at bedtime. Lack of exercise makes matter worse. I don't mean jog etc., just don't be a couch potato. Reading something pleasant next to your drink can help.
I occasionally use Nitol if I am have trouble falling off to sleep. Rather than toss and turn for hours I give somebody a lift a Nitol tablet (I use the one a night pack) and inwardly 20 minutes or so I am falling off to sleep. Nitol also produce a herbal collection, but as I have not tried these I can bestow no opinion.
Although I would not urge overuse of any sleeping aid, I much prefer to use Nitol to "ordinary" sleeping tablets, as I have found beside Nitol I wake up idea refreshed, whereas next to sleeping tablets I feel as though I'm clawing my method out of a deep pit when morning comes, and own great trouble shaking off the sleepiness.
Nitol appears to relieve you get to sleep, but you can stir up easily. I enjoy taken sleeping tablets in the past and worried whether I would know how to wake up surrounded by an emegency.
A very dutiful addition to the drug cabinet, but not to be used for longer than 3 nights at a time.
If you like milk later you can drink it throughout the day or possibly have a cup of warm milk until that time you g to sleep. Milk contains many things which abet you go to sleep. It's also really on top form, natural and cheap!
Another article that you could use is eating bananas. Eating them throughout the sunshine will give you dynamism and loads of vitamins but eating them contained by the evening will help you relax and spill out to sleep. You could possibly make a nice, big, banana milkshake for yourself and drink it formerly you go to sleep!

I commonly feel it help to take a book to bed. It help get your mind away from the day after day things that go round and round your go before and let's you fall asleep instinctively. if i cannot sleep i put the world service on radio four and it only just sends me off and if i take up in the dark i do it again, people are chitchat about topics and it purely takes my mind rotten things trying praying as well afford your worries to God.

these are the first signs of stress and could front to more serious health problems unless nip in the bud..
try stopping drinking coffee or tea from at tiniest 6 hours before bedtime, this will be a big back , for caffeine is bad for you to progress to bed on.
