As stated closer, there are hundreds of blood test. If you want something simple done, such as a Basic Metabolic Panel, or Complete Metabolic Panel, these are usually included in yearly blood work ups. They assessment liver and kidney function among other things. CBC is complete blood count, things like this will show indications if something be wrong. But if you want other tests for specific things, it will most expected come down to whether you have signs and symptoms that would indicate you call for the tests. Most doctors will not lay down unnecessary tests because they are costly and contained by order for insurance companies to settle up you must have medical necessity for those assessment to be performed.
