i used to work as a senior care assistant and it broke my heart to see them suffering,especially a lady name edna,i loved her to bits,she was vastly demanding but lovely at the same time,she used to argue near the staff all the time,she be 84 and still knew what be going on but suffered a lot near pain due to parkinsons,she used to other say to me i want i was limp,butshe could walk next to a frame(well she'd carry it) it be funny to see,but she took a turn for the worse and got admit to hospital and sadly passed away.if it be a member of my inherited though,i dont honestly know what i'd do,if for example if it was my mum,who i love so much(and she have just recovered from breast cancer)so i be thinking the worst! if she asked me to do euthenasia on her my heart would be telling me to distribute her her final wish,and agree to her pass away peacefully lacking too much pain,but later i'd be thinking if i did do it,that means i kill her,which is more or less classed as murder.and i dont know if i could live beside myself,because i'd be thinking,well what if doctors found a cure? and she died because she asked me to do it,i really dont know what i'd do,its a totally difficult question to answer lacking ever being within that situation.

Yes i do as long as it is govern in some approach but how i don't know. I have have patients asking me to let them die because they are so under the weather and in agony. I enjoy resuscitated 98 year old ladies because of this ruling. We are not thanked by the family in adjectives cases. The just time it's OK is if you have certain the person for a totally long time ie family, and you could communicate for sure that this truely is what the person feel is right for them, and that given time they would never change their mind.

Its difficult and not an issue I would make exclusive to the elderly. Anyone who finds themselves in a PVS (Persistant Vegitave State), should be offered Euthenasis. But that said, the human being in it can't trade name an informed decision.I don't guess I beleive that live should be preserved at all costs. Quality of vivacity needs to be taken into depiction. I have worked next to people near aquired brain damage and abundant are phsyically unable to move or speak all the same the brain is still functioning at a normal even, their thoughts and feelings are still as acute as ever and they are fully aware of what is going on around them. years ago i would of said no, but the last 2 years i hold watched my father inlaw, mother in law,and uncle surpass away due to cancer and now i am nursing my mum at home beside bone cancer, the consultant told us she has just 3 months to live, at the weekend we had to sit and scrutinize her in so much dull pain, it really was not nice. We ring the hospice nurse who said she is not suffering enought to give her a morphine pump, even thought she is on morphine. She said she would come out thursday to re-acess her (5 days after) i the ring the district nurse and she said before mum have a morphine pump at home, we had to hail as the emergency doctor out twice before they would agree to her have one. I don't work out why i had to spend in dribs and drabs the time on 2 occasions for an emergency doctor to come out and see mum fairly than give her the pump!So answer to your ask, cancer is a horrable disease causes lots of suffering and the medical staff do not serve, so yes i think i very soon i do believe in it.
