I just be diagnosed with sleep apnea and hold begun using my cpak. I wake up up several times a night beside a horrible dry mouth and my lips almost paste shut. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Are you using a mask that basically covers your nose? When I first started using my contraption and that is what I have. I needed to change to a shroud that covered the nose and mouth because when i fell asleep my mouth open and the air from the piece of equipment would just turn out my mouth instead of my lungs. I would wake up and only just be able to confer because my mouth was so dry. When I started using a full obverse mask the problem stopped.
