I am getting a sharp pain when I cough from the front of my chest to my hindmost. It hurts when I lay down on my back and when I touch it. I dont know what it is~ I thought it be a back injury but it hurts in the vanished side of my chest and left side of my hindmost.

I used to smoke weed (quit a week ago) everyday and I still smoke butts everyday ,,, please tell me if this is serious!
