Painful front teeth in morning?

Please help. For times gone by two mornings I have woken up next to excrutiating pain surrounded by my teeth. I am not grinding my teeth because it's not my molars that are hurting it's the front top and bottom incisors.
My sleeping behaviour have changed recently as I hold just have major surgery on my pectorial muscles and whereas I usually sleep on my front, or occasionally my side, I now hold to sleep practically sitting up on my back every dark. Can anyone help please? I'd similar to to know what can be causing it and how I can prevent it.

My side hurts as if I've be kicked in the ribs...?

it could newly be as simple as a cavity so first call ur dentist, watch out when you brush and sleep with a mouth guard within to make sure you are not rubbing them together in your sleep

Sleep guide?

Really unfortunate. Why don't you look in a good dentist. There is no other alternative to it. Do it lately now. Wish you to take rid of pain.

What is trimandible neuralgia?

You could be grinding your teeth. If your sitting up sleeping it's probably mortified and your sleeping so you don't know if your grinding your teeth.
