Should I dance to the doctor, because I lifted to much solidity?

4 Days ago I Lifted some weights, and everything was alright till the subsequent day I woke up near soreness on both arms. Its been 4 days and the torment hasn't subsided and in reality its gone worst.Help
is this normal or should i step see a doctor?

What lift be you attempting when you hurt yourself. Also what weights were you attempting and how much more consequently your normal routine. It may in recent times be routine soreness from pushing yourself to hard. Answer me backbone and ill know how to give you more direction. Well if this is your first time lifting then you are simply sore. Dont go to the doctor but possibly try and get some liberal of glutamine and potassium supplements to help hold your soreness level down. If you work out right it should really be sore every time you work out. Dont over do it but leisurely work up to good weights. Do weights you know u can touch and then at a snail`s pace add more when you are all set too. Dont rush it.

You enjoy overdone the muscles in your arms. The best piece to do is put ice pack on for 20 minutes every so often. This will embezzle time to heal as does any primary muscle. Good luck.
