What do i do for a sore ankle?

Ok so last unconvincing i got hit contained by the ankle with a paddock hockey ball and it really swelled up, but later the swelling went down and consequently it was purely badly brused.
But, the other sunshine i was running outside and my ankle twisted really far and in a minute its really sore. I need for it to quality better for tomarrow b/c i have a grazing land Hockey Game early within the morning. Does anyone have any tips for it to heel as prompt as possible?

Rest- you might not know how to be 100% by tomorrow
Ice- to stop the swelling but constricting the damaged capillaries
Compression- wrap it contained by an ace bandage or if that isnt plenty support tape it... possibly a basketweave style
Elevate- after the activity and while you ice it maintain it so gravity doesnt cause more leaky capillary

Sounds approaching you twisted your ankle, you know, an ankle sprain.
Right now, you need to elevate it, rime it often, stay sour of it if it hurts, and possibly an ace wrap.
Take some Motrin or Advil for anti-inflammatory effects.
If you can't bear freight on it, consider follow up w/ your doctor for possible xrays.
If you injured your ligaments, time is the only entry that will heal your ankle, and depending on the severity of the sprain, perchance a few days to weeks.
