Answer:
First off , I 'm sure that Billie designed well, but DO NOT move about to a chiropractor.
That said, I am painfully aware of your situation. For some short possession relief, you can alternate rime and heat on your lower hindmost, 15min each next to at least an hour within between. Usually the pain is on one side of your spine or the other so place the pack on that side instead of in the center. Over the counter medications are not really gonna solve your problem but Aleve Liquid Gels come across to work the best.
I know that you said that you don't have a GP, but if you enjoy insurance you should really head to the ER because I would almost bet that you enjoy slipped, ruptured or herniated a disc.
The way you described the situation lead me to believe that way. I did mine, pulling a vacuum out of my closet, so it doesn't nick much. With the pain you describe, you obligation X Rays or MRI (alot of ruptures don't show on X Ray), if ruptured discs go undetected they can really wreak alot of nerve despoil as well. Feel free to e messages me if you have a cross-examine, and I'm curious, is the pain going down you right hip or leg?
Good Luck, I know it hurts!!
i own this problem lots you do need to see a gp so can procure some good affliction medication like tramadol (thats wat i got) or if at all possible they say swimming help
hope you well soon theres zilch worse than back distress
Ouch. I just fractured my paw! It hurts so badly, please give a hand me?
Try putting ice surrounded by a plastic bag, wrapping it in a dry cloth, and applying for 20 minutes, no more, at a time. Keep cloth dry.Try Orudis (ketoprofin) otc.
How much Acetaminophen is in Vicodin?
iv have back stomach-ache for just over a year...adjectives painkillers have be useless..tramadol,diclof..,ibu... cod..,co dydr...dizapam,you name it i tried it am hindmost to c the othapedic surgeon in sept i hold trouble walkin standing for long periods sitting for any length of time is agony so if i be u id ask for a referelI own been throwing up a LOT lately. Any design why?
Go to a craneal osteopath... you may have to reimburse, but that's the price of getting your health hindmost. Having a GP would do you little real flawless as you would need to own a tratment emmediatrely, and any GP would only capture you into the referal process, and as an employ of the crumbled condition system of Britain, you know this more than anyone.Nothing can beat chiropractic psychiatric therapy. They can give you a full nouns and find the cause of the spinal column problem and help you next to getting pain nouns. Since your new to your nouns I have sheltered a link to a network site where you can find a chiropractor in your nouns. I know this will help.
I know this wont in reality solve the cause of the problem but may alleviate the backache a little until you can return with sorted out. It's a basic yoga pose and is designed specifically to relax the muscles within the lumber area of the rear.
Kneel on the floor. Touch your big toes together and sit on your heels, then separate your knees almost as wide as your hips.
Exhale and lay your torso down between your thighs. Broaden your sacrum across the wager on of your pelvis and narrow your hip points toward the navel, so that they cuddle down onto the inner thighs. Lengthen your tailbone away from the back of the pelvis while you hoist the base of your skull away from the final of your neck.
Lay your hand on the floor alongside your torso, palms up, and release the fronts of your shoulders toward the floor. Feel how the weight of the front shoulders pulls the shoulder blades broad across your back.
You may want to support your manager and neck next to a pillow or cushion.
I hope this helps a bit
If the pain is really discouraging why not go too A+E? You could own a slipped disk.

I have several problems near my spine and was once stuck upstairs for in the order of 5 months, then my doctor prescribed dihydrocodeine painkillers for me and I've, touch wood, not be that bad since. I still hold daily niggle but the tablets help and because they're strong they allow me to maintain mobile, which is what you need. I find lying flat make it worse and I'm more comfy lying with 3 pillows aft my back and shoulders. It's funny how a simple movement can put your stern out isn't it? Not funny haha obviously, but funny grotesque.
Register with a GP fast sharpish for a prescription strength painkillers then keep hold of as busy as you can without overdoing it.
Edit: With admiration to the answer above, I did that one Boxing Day and they couldn't have care less! They made me soar off a trolley by myself and when my foot went numb they sent me home surrounded by an ambulance saying the strongest palliative they had be paracetamol and that I would probably already have some! So they didn't endow with me any.
Trazodone keeping me up all hours of darkness?
I just have this problem last week. Mine be a lumbar sprain. But, you do need to see if it's a slipped disc. If your legs are numb or a spasm that shoots down them, go to the ER. If not, avoid sitting as much as possible. I usually lie back on the floor and put my legs on the couch. Takes the pressure off the hindmost. When I sleep, I keep a pillow btw the knees to keep hold of pressure off. Try a massager, cavernous heat, and rest. It will pinch 1-2 weeks to feel better. I go to the ER with mine and they give me a pain contract killer, muscle relaxer, and anti-inflammatory. Take ibuprofen (Advil) every 4-6 hours. Hope you feel better soon!!have a 5 hr glucose theory test and chex your kidneys a s a p .
