Advice for tired and heated mom?

I'm a stay-at-home mom to two toddlers. I love it, but lately I've been categorically exhausted. I could get 8 hours of sleep and still touch like I slept 4 or 5 hours. I am extremelly thrilling and will cry over some of the most stupid things (even tv commercials!). I've tried altering my diet, I've cut down on coffee, I've quit smoking, and yet I'm totally drained. Do you own any advice for me?

She watch him while I went to the book store and I sit and just read and drank coffee...I also go to the mall and only just walked around.over and over again.Trust me it' s the house...You touch so locked in and you involve to get out...I even walk around our neighboor hood...that helped also...I even combined a mommie and me group and we all would telephone call each other and merely talk some times.That works so much...
