Having sleep problems.?
About a month ago I turned my sleeping pattern on it's come first and am now within a 11pm to 7 am routine also about a week ago I cut dairy out of my diet appart from eggs.
Now I am have problems sleeping, I get to sleep at almost 12 midnight which I'm ok with but afterwards I will wake up usually around 4-6 am sometimes I may drop back to sleep but that depends on the time I woke up. It is horrible, my average sleep per hours of darkness is around 5hours 30 minutes all hours of daylight i feel really cloudy surrounded by my head.
I don't know if this is directly cause by cutting dairy from my diet but I thought I should put it here anyway.
I exercise everyother hours of daylight, I only hold caffine in the mornings in the form of black tea with breakfast, I don't chomp through a heavy breakfast time before I dance to bed.

I had a position working 7am-3pm, went to clean job working 11pm-7am and three months after that was put on 3pm to 11pm shift.! Boy do you steal a beating! Here's what I did. I split up my sleep. I sleep for going on for 4-5 hours when I get home, rouse up for about 4 hours, later sleep for 2-4 more just back work. So for my 3pm-11pm shift, I sleep from 1 am to 630 am, stay up until 930 am, then progress to bed until 1230pm. Hey it works, but it's hard beside the kids! When I was on days I would sleep from 930 until 430, which be fine, but by 330 pm I was exhausted! GL.
The right side of my chest is frequently numbing!?
I own similar problems but this usually a result of higher evening temperature.I installed a Fan in my bedroom and sleep much better as a result. As for your diet change I am unsure but any translate can shock the body a bit like suddenly stopping caffeine for example. Time will be the tangible answer hopefully it will get better near time.
Give it another week and if you are no better have a chat near your Doc.

I can sympathise my sleeping pattern all over the place. I'm lucky to receive a few hours a night. I try to sleep but running out up getting up when I get sick of laying within the dark, next to my partner fast asleep subsequent to me. I don't drink,like you I don't enjoy caffeine after lunchtime or a heavy suppertime late surrounded by the evening and I'm not worrying about anything. I've tried to wear myself out physically, that doesn't work, I've tried herbal tablets, teas, you term it I've tried it, I think my partner is sick of the smell of lavender! My clan can't understand how I've get so much energy, although I know what you scrounging about consciousness cloudy headed. I've asked my GP for push for and he says I'm doing adjectives the right things. Sorry to go on roughly speaking my problems when you are looking for advise but it sometimes help to know it's not only you it's occurring to. I hope you overcome this problem,( you can give me some tips then) . It's a indisputable pain isn't it? Good luck to you!
