I have a cross-question about mass loss?
I am 35 years old and enjoy noticed a conversion in my body lately. While although according to my doctor's size I have not lost any bulk, I have notice I am now in past two months competent to wear a pant size 2 sizes smaller. I am not excercising, or anything like that, unless you consider chasing 3 little kids adjectives day exercise LOL

Well -- SInce I read one of your other question, I know that you are under alot of Stress and Id picture that when someone is under that nice of stress it takes a toll on your body. Either you are losing substance from stress or since according to the scale you enjoy not lost weight, it could be that the corpulent in your body is turning into muscle. Do you discern toner? I wish I could utter that I have an unexplained counterweight loss, but with me when Im stressed I gain cargo. Luckily im not stressed :) hehehe

I would definitely consider chasing 3 little kids exercise. I'm not comedy. You may not have lost any consignment but perhaps after your concluding baby the freight is being redistribute about your body? Are your boobs bigger? Anna Nicole Smith claims that after she give birth her boobs grew. Ha ha.As we age, our body shape change a bit - we tend to be thicker around the middle and smaller around the butt (some of us).
Also if you are walking every day, resembling walking the dog or something like that or skating near the kids, that does count as exercise and if done regularly enough, will lead to you to drop inches.
Generally speaking though, other than intentional exercise, vivacity in the USA does NOT count for exercising because we own too many labor positive devices.

The with the sole purpose obvious thought I have was that your muscle mass is increasing near activity (3 kids will do it) so your solid stores are reduced.

Hi,Your body might be toning up. Any form of movement is exercise.

loss of muscle mass...and the trend in stores to push up sizes because family are getting so fat. So I wear a size 6 when my mother, who be thinner than I am at my age, wore a size 10. They just maintain making the sizes bigger so a size 10 in 1976 today wears a 4 or a 6. It could be that your weak clothes are from before the most recent wave of resizing.
