Weird Sickness. What be it?
It started with a sort of hack cough. Then I started to get dizzy. That same hours of darkness I sweated profusely, drenching my sheets. I had a giant fever. I be very week and could not quite get out of bed. I could not sleep and I have to sit in front of the atmosphere conditioner on full blast to avoid heat stroke. I feel much better in the morning except that I have no appetite and I was still dizzy/week. This go on for several nights. I with the sole purpose seemed sick at hours of darkness though I would cough and be dizzy during the day. I would cough up washed out and green mucus with blood surrounded by it. I could barely swallow. I be so weak that I could not draw from out of bed or even reach my phone to dial 911. Around daylight four I forced myself to start eating/drinking. I could not stand up because I was so dizzy. I be also sweating badly. The doctors have no idea what it be but said it was similar to strep throat and the infection spread to ear and brain. Asked me strange question like have I been to Canada. Kept coughing

Its possible nearby is some disease in Canada that you don't hold there which may explain your symptoms. I know within are some places that have fungal (spore) infections (ie dedicated spores cause VERY hurtful things...) I know some occur surrounded by desert areas of the US, and I remember seeing a story about a fungus that cause a some deaths years ago..it be up north somewhere (maybe canada).
But anyway some things are specific to some areas...who knows?
That's an uncharacteristic one, man. It sounds like a hodgepodge of symptoms. The Canada cross-examine was probably a SARS check.
