I enjoy severe carpell tunnel. I have lost partial sensation contained by several fingers.?

I have severe carpell tunnel. I own lost partial sensation in several fingers on the finger tips. I will reqire surgery on both hand as soon as possible. In the meantime until the surgery is scheduled, is in attendance any sort of creme or remedy that I can use to restore some of the sensation to provide me with a bit of impermanent relief?
