Damaged Thumbnail!?
I stupidly tried to clean food out from beneath the blade of a hand blender (I’m an quirk looking for a locus!!)While still plugged in and yep you guessed it turned the blender on by mistake, the result was a cut right across my thumbnail ( eeek ouch!)which have resulted in me losing same.
Does anyone know how long it take to grow back?

It depends on how much your geminal matrix is diluted. This is under the skin by the cuticle and is where on earth the nail is formed.
The average growth is between 1 and 2mm per month, so if there is minimal overexploit you could have your pin back surrounded by 6 months. Once you have some pin that is attached to your staple bed then peaceable buffing in one direction only will stimulate the blood supply and speed up pin growth - also make sure you diet is calcium rich.
about 2-3 months i'd say.
So I'm guessing it would be silly for me to remind you not to execute any maintenance on an electrical device while it's plugged contained by? I'm so sorry you had to swot that lesson!
