Should I sue my doctor for malpratice?

I broke my wrist 16 months ago. The doctor didn't check for fractures in my hand even though I repeatedly complained of more twinge in my paw than in the specified fracture sites in my wrist. 11 days ago, I undergo surgery (with a different doctor) to remove embedded bone fragments from two bones contained by my hand. Opinions on sueing the first doctor, please.
By the mode, there is no guarantee from the surgeon that the surgery will resolve the throbbing and inability to complete use my hand.
Answer:

What is this agony in my jaw/ear?

Neglect is a core reason for following up and file suit possibly. If you complained of this condition and no testing be done to check a condition may well be suggested.

Your first course of act should always be to consult a allowed authority to represent you in the determination for file charges. Statutes and laws may rise and fall in the region where on earth it happened and you may or may not hold certain court rights and responsibilities to consider when filing.

Malpractice is a somewhat subjective concept to prove and a attorney versed in malpractice canon a valuable tool.

Don't sue for malpractice, because that isn't the case. However, getting a advocate would solve all your problems. You own a case!

If you didn't resembling how the first doctor was handling things, after can I ask why you didn't go for a second belief sooner? It is your health and you know your body better than the doctors do. If you have your doubts, you are entitled to a second opinion...I would speak to a lawyer, but be prepared if this cross-examine is asked of you. Your health is ultimately your own responsibility... and if your complaints weren't human being heard and tend to by your regular physician, you should have taken the initiative to wish another opinion. I know I would.
