Painful knees?
I just started jog a couple of weeks ago, and in times gone by 2 days I am experiencing pain on the inner-sides of my knees to the point where on earth it was too painfull for me to walk briskly yesterday. Any ideas on what may be cause this and is there anything I can doo give or take a few it?
